The National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG) informs all Vale Digital beneficiaries that the security PIN will be requested to validate each transaction they carry out in businesses affiliated with the program nationwide that are already certified for this procedure .
This security mechanism was created with the objective of offering greater protection in the use of this benefit.
Beneficiaries who have gone through the process to create their PIN and need to make a change can do so through www.panamadigital.gob.pa, by calling 311 or visiting an Infoplaza to receive assistance.
We urge people who have not created their Digital Voucher security PIN to complete this process, which will help protect the contribution that the National Government gives to citizens suspended from their jobs and affected by the pandemic caused by Covid- 19. To do this, they must access www.panamadigital.gob.pa, look in the SERVICES menu, select the option MY WALLET, type in the ID and follow the steps.
Merchants affiliated with the Vale Digital program that have not yet completed the certification and activation process are informed that an extension has been granted to complete the activation process. The new date to start with the PIN application will be Thursday, March 18. We invite you not to wait until the last moment to activate your trade.
