The Metropolitan of Health does not lower its guard

A weekend of many actions carried out by the team of the Metropolitan Health Region in the different districts of health responsibility.

Thus, a night-time operation was carried out in the Río Abajo district, where 17 establishments were inspected, 12 of the establishments were cited, one of them to the regional directorate. Traceability was also carried out with the unified team where bags with food, kits with medicines were delivered in the sectors of 4th, 5th and 16th streets of Río Abajo and Río Plaza.

The Boca la Caja Health Center with the Joint Task Force (FTC) and the Mayor's Office of Panama carried out a night operation to verify compliance with biosafety measures.

In the town of Veracruz, an operation was carried out in the afternoon and at night in collaboration with the personnel of the Paraíso Health Center, to verify and comply with the measures established in different locations in the Panama Pacifico sector, also with the Rapid Response Team ( ERR) and the Unified Traceability Team (EUT), swabs were taken to close contacts and solidarity aid was delivered in sectors such as Panama Pacifico, La Esperanza 1, Altos de la Roca and in Sector 4.

In the village of El Chorrillo, traceability was carried out on people in the 15-story building, where minors were swabbed, who are positive because of the parking lots in the sector.

The Pueblo Nuevo Health Center, in its traceability, delivered kits with medicines and food to positive patients.

In the township of Tocumen, a nightly operation was carried out to verify compliance with biosafety measures with the support of the FTC and other entities.

In the village of Pedregal, D-day was commemorated, with talks at the Health Center with training for support personnel of the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc), community council and police, as well as peripheral, delivery of flyers and fumigation in the Santa Cecilia neighborhood.

The EUT of the Las Mañanitas Health Center carried out its traceability with the Promotion team, food and medicine delivery.

The San Felipe Health Center with the EUT made a verification tour of the biosecurity measures in the Old Town area.
