MICI opens 1st Call for Exams for Real Estate Brokers

The Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MICI), through the Technical Board of Real Estate and Real Estate, informs interested parties that the First Call for Exams for Real Estate Brokers is now open, to be held in the province of Chiriquí, with limited quotas.

 

In accordance with the established schedule, these exams will be held in person in the IPACOOP rooms in David, on June 4, 2024 and in the Meeting Room of the Boquete Fair on June 5, 2024, under the coordination of Mayelis E. Brossard, head of the Real Estate Broker Registration Department and the Provincial Deputy Director of the MICI in Chiriquí, José Serracín.

 

The schedule for these tests will be:

Tuesday, June 4, 2024 (IPACOOP-David)
10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 5, 2024 (Boquete Fair)
9:00 am. to 10:30 a.m.
 

It is important that those interested show up 15 minutes before the time assigned for the test with the original payment receipt to take the exam, physical ID, pen, pencil and hand-held calculator. The use of a digital watch or white sheets is not permitted, as well as appropriate clothing for the occasion, the use of shorts or low-cut blouses is not permitted.
