President Mulino appointed Lorenzo Rivera as Director of Seized Assets

President José Raúl Mulino appointed Lorenzo Rivera as the new Director of Administration of Seized Assets of the Ministry of Economy and Finance led by Minister Felipe Chapman.

Rivera has a degree in economic sciences from the University of New Orleans, United States, standing out as an advisor in financial structures and controls. He held the general direction of international economic relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Rivera also served as a credit analyst for Chase Manhattan Bank, credit officer and vice president of Marine Midland Bank N.A., and planning economist for the Ministry of Public Works.

In addition, Rivera carried out financial consulting for the firm Indesa Capital Inc.
